Mrs. Elizabet Pritchard McQueen age 85 of Arab passed away Thurs. Nov. 3, 2011 at Marshall Manor Nursing Home.  Mrs. McQueen was born in Mobile, AL to Thomas Italy and Bessie May Donovan Pritchard.  She was married on Dec. 21, 1945 to Paul Howard McQueen who passed away on Dec. 6, 1998.

She is survived by Son and Daughter in law: Paul H. "Mac" McQueen, Jr. and Linda McQueen of Trussville, AL; Daughters and Sons in law: Paula McQueen and Ed Kotlarz of Cumming, GA, Rhonda and Terry Saylor of Helena, AL and Belinda and Jonathan Wilks of Arab; Grandchildren: Jason Saylor, Jessica Campbell, Samuel (Jenny) Conder, Dustin Wilks, Wesley Wilks, Joseph McQueen and Jordan McQueen; Great Grandchildren: Jack Saylor, Payton Wilks and Madeline Conder.

Funeral Service was Sunday Nov. 6, 2011, at 2 PM at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Guntersville with Rev. Bill Winters officiating. Burial was in Arab Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation was at the Church on Saturday from 2-5 PM. 

Pallbearers were Grandsons: Jason Saylor, Samuel Saylor, Joseph McQueen, Jordan McQueen, Dustin Wilks and Wesley Wilks.
