Jeffrey Todd Ray age 33 of Huntsville, formerly of Arab passed
away Tuesday Jan. 17, 2012, at Crestwood Medical Center. Jeff was
born on May 2, 1978 in Washington, DC to Donald Richard and Barbara
Elaine Masten Ray. He was a 1996 Graduate of Arab High School and
attended Calhoun and Jacksonville State University. He was a former
Race Car Driver and avid Race Fan. Up until becoming disabled he
worked in Auto Sales.
Survivors include: Father and Step Mother: Don and Joy Ray of
Harlem, GA; Devoted, Loving Soul Mate: Traci Willis of Huntsville;
Grandparents: Macon and Hilda Ray of Lincoln, AL; Brother: Donnie
(Michelle) Ray of Thomson, GA; Sister: Carla (Doug) James of
Harlem, GA; Step Brothers: Adam (Katie) Nelson of Martinez, GA and
Matthew Nelson of Harlem, GA; Aunts: Josie (Billy) Edwards of
Carrolton, GA, Brenda Ray of Eastaboga, AL and Elizabeth Kenny of
San Diego, CA; Uncles: John (Kay) Ray of Eastaboga, AL and Bob
(Margie) Hughes of Mt. Pleasant, SC; Several Nieces, Nephews and
Cousins
He was preceded in death by his Mother: Barbara Ray
Funeral Service was Friday Jan. 20, 2012, at 2 PM at Gober
Funeral Chapel with Bro. Arthur Feemster officiating. Visitation
was from 1-2 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers
donations may be made to American Heart Association or Charity of
your choice.
