Mrs. Sybil B. Garner age 90 of Columbia, SC and formerly of Arab
passed away Sat. Feb. 11, 2012, in Columbia, SC.
Mrs. Garner was born on May 4, 1921, in Douglas, AL to James
David and Willie Lee Pruett Law. She was a homemaker and member of
Mt. Olive First Congregational Methodist Church. She was married to
John Carl Garner, Sr. who preceded her in death.
Survivors are Her Daughters: Cherryl Garner of Hopkins, SC and
Sybil Juanita Garner-Wahe of Rock Island, Illinois; Sons: John Carl
Garner, Jr. of Evergreen, Colorado and Robert Dale Garner of Rock
Island, Illinois; Seven Grandchildren and Fourteen Great
Grandchildren
Graveside Service was Thurs. Feb. 16, 2012, at 10:30 AM at Arab
Memorial Cemetery with Charles Dixon officiating. Gober Funeral
Chapel directing.
