Mrs. Trevella Gibbs age 87 of Monroeville, formerly of Arab
passed away Wed. Nov. 16, 2011, at Oakwood Nursing Home in Bay
Minette. Mrs. Gibbs was born on April 10, 1924, in Marshall County,
AL to John Henry and Cora Leona Allen Bentley. She was a graduate
of Arab High School and was a homemaker. Survivors include Sons:
James E. "Jim" (Mary Ann) Gibbs, Jr. of Monroeville and David Butch
(Diane) Gibbs of Houston, TX; Sister: Violet Isom of Arab;
Grandchildren John Allen (Judy) Gibbs, Dawn (Keith) Turberville and
Robyn (Matt) Wills; Great Grandchildren: Abby Turberville, Jett
Wills, Layla Wills, Sam Gibbs, Joe Gibbs, Josh Gibbs, Lucas Gibbs
and Trevella Francis Gibbs
Preceded in death by Parents: John Henry and Cora Leona Bentley,
Husband: James E. Gibbs, and Brothers: Harold and Wendell

Funeral Service was Saturday Nov. 19, 2011, at 2 PM at Gober
Funeral Chapel with Dr. Paul Murphy officiating. Burial was in Arab
Memorial Cemetery. Visitation was Sat. from 1-2 PM at Gober Funeral
Chapel.
Pallbearers were: Jim Gibbs, Butch Gibbs, Joe Gibbs, Josh Gibbs,
Lucas Gibbs, Sam Gibbs and John Gibbs.
