Carolyn Elois Hyatt, 80 of the Ruth Community passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021, at her residence. Carolyn was born February 4, 1941 the daughter of Ralphus Milton Jarrett and Mamie Lou Smith Jarrett. She was a member of Ruth Baptist Church. She is survived by her Children: Chuck Pritchett, Steve Pritchett (Melissa), Ted Hyatt (Cindy), Beth Casey (Kenny), Charlotte Thompson and Benny Hyatt (Judy); Fifteen Grandchildren, Fourteen Great Grandchildren and Four Great Great Grandchildren; Brother: Ray Jarrett. She was preceded in death by Husband: Max Hyatt; Siblings: Laverne Parker, Dan Jarrett, Nolen Jarrett, Ladue Jarrett and Wanda Clements. Funeral Service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Brother Kenneth Smith and Brother Arthur Feemster officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Oak/Ruth Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Gober Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers: Michael Casey, Austin Hyatt, Hunter Pritchett, Dylan Pritchett, Tyler Pritchett, Spencer Harden, Trevor Harden and Blake Miller.
