Richard was born September 9, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois the son of Richard Dannelly Martin, Sr and Alma Sallas Martin. He was a retired Insurance Agent. He is survived by his wife of 40 years Paulette Stephens Martin, Son: Rick (Tiffany) Martin, Sister: Debra Ogle. The family chose to honor his wishes by cremation with no formal service. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the Martin family with cremation arrangements.
